Which spring do I need

I have a 2012 giant glory 0 2012.

Just wondering what size spring I need for the vivid on the glory. I have a 450 pound spring however I need a 300. I have had a look on chain reaction but am not sure which one i need. It says on the spring I have 450 x 275. Not sure which one this is on here...

Have you had a look on the description tab? Gives you a really good rundown on how to spec a spring.
