Yes, but they're less and less common. Weird Belgian CX purists who refuse to run anything other than Dugast are basically the target market now.
Having actually raced road on glued open tubulars in the late 90s as a gear restricted teenager. Kill yourself. Because those tires will at some point, and at least you've got some say in how you meet your maker.
Haha, "open tubular" is the marketing guff used by Vittoria/Challenge/some others to denote their fancy cotton carcass clinchers that are made like a traditional tub, but with a clincher bead - "open tubular". Tubeless has probably just about killed that too though because strangely cotton sidewalls don't seal up all that well :D

For real? So a clincher tire that looks like a tubular road tire, but isn’t? Doesn’t get much more fkn Melbourne than that.
