After watching the live feed and checking the times, I reckon if Brosnan didn't slide out on that right hander, he would have placed fifth. Looks as though he lost about 4-5 seconds from it. Not bad for a pint sized junior!

^^ agreed he was looking pretty good and i thought that the crash he had would have had him well out of the race but he brought it back to only 4second of the pace so i bet he would have gone into the hot seat it he held it up

Yeah exactly what i was thinking. Rob warner is good to have comentating but maybe needs to stop mucking around a little bit and take notice of troy's time (and others) on that bottom section after the slide where he gained time on hill who was in the hot seat at that time.

Yeah Rob misses a lot in the commentary, it's annoying to see a rider go down or have a fast split and him completely miss it.

I'm convinced Hill is riding steadily at best at the moment, watching Gwin ride now is like Sam a few years ago. Got no idea about his fitness or preparation, but it looks like he needs to relax and let it hang out a bit more (so to speak) Otherwise Troy will become the premier rider on Specialized.

Yeah man i seen him out a few times and inbertween SA and fort william. He might have a chance at worlds but i think the next world cup win will be in 2012 at least. to much drinking haha
