Headset for a 44mm straight head tube to run a tapered fork?
Yep, that's right.
Am I right in thinking that the taper is 1 1/5th?
At the moment I'm looking at this which I think will work but will clearly be quite rubbish.

1 1/4 to 1 1/2 taper. I have a nice cane creek I bought for a project, then went with straight steerer fork.
I'm waiting to hear about another frame that I may need this for soon. If not, I'll let you know.

Stans 3.30 hubs with six bolt set up.
Shimano Freehub 10sp
Straight, no hops or wobbles or dings and run smoothly.
They come with tubeless set up of Maxxis Minion DHR rear, High Roller front.
$300 + postage at your expense.

I have just sold a wedge of stuff so I came on here to say that I think I will take them.
However the $100 set has appealed to me as it goes.
They 15mm and 12/142mm? Bolt or centre and are they heavy as all shit?
