Did anyone see the FMX featured at the recent X games? Shit, i thought back flips were nuts. This year saw a lot of flip variations - indian air flips, can-can flips, superman flips etc etc....farkin mind blowing.

'360s' are getting a lot more horizontal.

And the 'Chuker Caratha' (?) (like a superman, but rider releases, spins along the axis of his body, catches the bike, and lands) was mad too.

Saw some mad tricks in BMX too. The bike flip was pretty cool (flip bike vertically, catch and land), as were the flair-flips....360 flips, tailwhip flips...its just nuts.

How was pastrana's run with the back eye :shock:
First trick in his second run was a backflip nac nac, second was a backflip can can no hander landing! He couldnt even see with his eye!!

What about Mirra's attempted bomb-drop flip on the street course. That has to be pretty much the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen on two words. Steve McCann spun 720 turndowns, Guettler punched out double-whips,
