YRMTB Movie Night - Friday 15th June

Hi all! The Yarra Ranges Mountain Bikers is holding a fundraiser/movie night for anyone interested. Proceeds from the night will be supporting our advocacy efforts in the Yarra Ranges. There will be over $2500 in door and raffle prizes.

Entry is $20 each, or $50 for families (2 adults & up to 3 children under 15).

We will also be able to provide YRMTB memberships on the night for those wishing to support our efforts. Memberships will cost $20 per year and will help cover costs such as IMBA trailbuilding courses, tools for maintenence, raw trail building materials like dirt, rocks etc, trail signage, stationary and the cost of lobbying land managers and the like. Think of it as a donation for "guilt free" riding

The hall we are using seats 200, so first in get seated and after that it's standing room only. No RSVP is required.

Here are a few additional titbits of info.
As you know, all entries will be entered into a random draw for a bunch of prizes.
We will also be holding a separate raffle for the more substantial items we received.
Raffle tickets will be $5 each, or 5 for $20, and all money goes towards helping us get more trails built and legalised in the Yarra Valley.
We will also be taking memberships on the night. Its $20 per year for singles, or join the family up for $50 (2 x adults and 2 x kids up to 16yrs of age). You can fill out the member form from here or the group e-mail and bail Andrew Swan up @ the membership table.

Raffle
1st Prize = Winners choice of either 3m sq Portable Gazebo or a Garmin 500 GPS unit + an 1 year MBA Magazine subscription
2nd Prize = Whatever the 1st prize winner doesnt choose + a 1 year MBA subscription
3rd prize = A $100 voucher for Trailmix @ Lysterfield + and 1 year MBA subscription.
4th Prize = 1 x 10 visit pass for spin classes @ Lilydale Squash & Fitness & Goldcross Cycles Water bottle
