I am addicted to junk food at the moment. It is something that has crept up on me over the last 6 months. Previous to this my food habits were very good. Funnily, my wife is very healthy when it comes to what she eats, so its not a habit we both share. I still eat healthy food/meals, but the junk is getting to much. I know from the past, when you are eating healthy, you tend to eat less and feel a lot better.
Weight is not an issue for me, though would be happy to shed a couple of kg's.
I am still managing to get in a fair amount training (road bike) and mtb racing (enduros/XC) but obviously the junk food isn't a great combination.
So from now, I'll use this confession as my motivator to get back on track. Any tips for cutting out junk food would be great along with any healthy food ideas.
