Piece by piece. Definitely hemorrhaged heaps more cash this way... The OE spec was too Sram for me.Wow, did you buy all the individual parts to build up? Or get it as a kit?
That is quite sexy. If only there was a matching dropper!! Going for a wanker/matching theme on fork/shock/dropper.kind of begging for this fork and shock on it.
Completely understandable. Nobody likes geo blockingThe OE spec was too Sram for me.
https://www.rotorburn.com/forums/index.php?forums/post-your-ride.19/Starting the ritual strip down. Clear tape strategic wear areas. Spin bearings to confirm function. Check overall frame alignment(what? misaligned Norco? Never!). Lube all pivot bolts and 242 the threads. I must admit, the doubling up on bearings in the seat/chain stay pivot is a nice touch. Not that a flyweight like me flexes frames much.
I had a 2015 153 before this one could take a bottle cage too, just in a shit spot.good to see another 153 owner! jealous that yours can take a bottle cage haha.
