Let us know if they respond. Cant be letting these bogan wankers live in their confected rage bubble too easily.Campaign reported to violate their T&C's. Wonder whether any outcome will ensue?
They certainly seem more polite and friendly than the too cool for school enduro crowd.Bringing some sanity to the conversation!
One of the most polite and friendly guys I regularly come across on some local trail has been in colourful Lycra and riding a CX bike. Sure the bright Lycra hurt my eyes but no offence was taken due to the attitude the rider had.
So... you are riding in an out of control manner and expect others to get out you way so you don't crash? My view on trail position is all circumstantial.
If I'm hurtling downhill and I can't really change my line easily I'd hope a rider heading uphill could see this and adjust their line to the safest for both of us and I'll do the same, given the fact we on mountain bikes should be taking the gnarliest line there should not be a problem with others looking for the smoother line.
Oh no ... we’ve gone from handlebar shape prejudices to blue/white collar divide and now onto the uphill/downhill rider right of way debate !So... you are riding in an out of control manner and expect others to get out you way so you don't crash?
We expect a comprehensive report.Campaign reported to violate their T&C's. Wonder whether any outcome will ensue?
It's all part of the nanny state!So... you are riding in an out of control manner and expect others to get out you way so you don't crash?
The tards at out local riding spot, many of the tracks are two way, several of those have substantial speed, berms, jumps and blind corners, getting sick of people feeling that it is their private race track causing near misses. The track builders are too dopey to acknowledge this, so they are the true tards. It's all part of the nanny state!
Depends on if it is a generic most shipping is blah or a specific to ship this it will be blah. I have never had it happen so not sure why they are asking for more money.Websites that calculate shipping and take your money for the order - then email later with “sorry we now want more for shipping”. No, fuck off.
If the money has been taken, then that’s surely a contract of sorts...?
Sounds like they charged by the cube weight. Pack it as an odd shape and they can only charge by actual weight.Shipping to Perth at $82, when the exact same item posted only 2 weeks ago to Melbourne was $30.
Its not even heavy, just a bag packed in a carton the size of a beer carton. 3kg.
Thankyou, I might just wrap the whole thing in bubble wrap so its a pretty odd flat shape that way. Thanks for the idea.Sounds like they charged by the cube weight. Pack it as an odd shape and they can only charge by actual weight.
Tendinitis. These threads have been quite popular on other forums - I guess we'll see. Does not have to be MTB related.
Little things you hate:
- Falling victim to the same corner that got you last time, this time though you collect a sizeable tree trunk with the side of your head. You then sit up, take off your helmet, stand up, pick up your bike, drop your bike, stumble and then fall over. At this stage you decide you better sit down for at least a few minutes.
