Adelaide has a maze of a amazing trail network! I'd hit fox creek- "green smoothie" (with the family) and if you get a chance to do a few runs by urself try and hit "duck n weave" as well as a few of the DH tracks. Eagle on the hill has some great trails to but probably not the best for the...
