hi, just needing some advice on how to race xc. im in my first season (ambtc winter series u/16) and so far my results are, 5th out of 10 and a technical DNF. Do I absouletley go for it a t the start and worrry about recovering after the first 10 15 min, or do i pick up pace as race goes along...
