Hey everyone,

Basically in the future I'm going to be looking at getting some long travel forks, and i can get some cheap Marzocchi 66 SL 1 ATA's, however I'm confused as they are described as having a "1.5" steerer post".

The thing is, I'm confused as to what this refers to. In short, my question is will this fork fit in a 1 1/8 headset, or will i need a new one? Here is a link to the forks http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=23743.

Cheers in advance,

Sam

Sanity is not statistical
1.5" Is the diameter of the steerer tube

You need a frame with a 1.5" Headtube to use 1.5" Steerered Forks..

In short.. 1.5" Forks + 1 1/8" Headset/Headtube = No
