Yellow = soft, Blue = firm and one in fork medium. Actual spring rate is not anywhere i can find on the internet or in product information and is not know by the Australian Rockshox importer. I guess if someone has some time http://stockcarproducts.com/pstech10.htm .

Thanks I'm only 68 Kg's so I think a soft spring might be on the cards....
