nathan_s was a marshall, so i can see why you got some, very good day, pity i crashed and lost about 40 secs in the forest, still got an alright placing though.

Top section of the track was so much fun. Heaps fast if you rode loose. Forest was still pretty wild at the end of the day, but the rest of the track was awesome fun.

It was called off due to lack of volunteers & will now be raced in August in place of Cedar Ck.
I'm sure Eyes or one of the officials will make an announcement shortly

Yep, I've heard this too - check in later as I hear there is a last minute bail out package on offer. No promises but it 'may' still happen.

I'd say just hold off and keep an ear out. There'll be more info from (prob from Haydo or Eyes) in the next day or 2.

How on earth are we struggling for volunteer numbers all of a sudden?

Easy... too many kids wanna just rock up & ride/race & never give anything back to the sport.

So is the only thing we can do at the moment wait and see? And is there anyway you can help out if you're racing too? Obviously you can't marshall and I can't do shuttles but anything else to help out? Very new to the scene so I don't know all the jobs.
