Wow..... fox certainly look to have done the job well. Colours look amazing.

The new ashima stanchion coating looks amazing, that said I wonder if it is a noticeable different to the average rider?

Interesting move swapping places of the rebound adjust and the HSC/LSC.

Not a huge change really, apart from the coating.. 180mm 36's look the goods though!

I wonder if now that they have placed the compression knobs on the top if they will actually work? :)

does any one know why the DH forks have different disc brake mounts to the the rest of the range? the DH forks have IS mount but the rest of the forks have post mount.

my understanding is that post mount is better than IS mount because the IS mount can flex and you often need an adaptor to connect the caliper to it.

Maybe try keeping both hands on the bars...You'll go faster than one click of rebound.

Putting comp on the top is sensible. It increases ground clearance of the knobs and rebound is pretty well a set and forget thing. I change compression for tracks more than rebound.

Top mounted compression adjustment would also allow for a bar mount ala Pop-Loc, if that is on the cards.

I can’t believe you change rebound whilst riding. That is some serious dedication to suspension tuning.:p

180mm SC Foxes, with travel adjust to 100m? Fox will selling a fair few of those, methinks..

I don't know why I do, most of the stuff I ride is at home and it's fairly versatile, since I set it i haven't touched the low/high speed compression. just habit i guess.

Does that mean no RC2 damper for 160mm 36's? Real shame if it does, much more approprite than RLC for a 160mm fork IMHO.
