Then marzocchi. Look back a few pages in the Bargain buys thread, or ask Wkkie.I have found 160/170/180/200mm, but that is all massive overkill. Even a Fox36 is overkill.
sorry. 26. But have a hunt on here.Anyone still after old school 26 inch with 20mm axle, I can't believe these are still available....
Marzocchi 55 CR around $400 AU delivered, old school 26", 20mm axle, 170mm which can be dropped to 150mm I believe and that's all I know!:

The 350s are 27.5, but 15mm. Are your front hubs convertible by any chance?sorry. 26. But have a hunt on here.
A Cotic BFe 27.5 with 26" wheels! What are you planning to build?
Got a mint condition Cotic BFe I'm thinking of moving on.
Thanks Moorey, I've actually passed that on to someone looking for those forks.
So..27.5 forks just to keep future options open?A Cotic BFe 27.5 with 26" wheels!
That is correct Moorey. But thinking about it last night has kind of swayed me to not worry about it. I have a nice set of MTX33's here ready to roll doing nothing, and a friend has some nice XC 26" wheels he doesn't use at all. I intend on doing the XC series on this bike (if it goes ahead), and do the Enduro Series on my Heckler. The Heckler is a terrible bike to race XC with (just to heavy and inefficent). It is fast on the downs, but I get stuck behind people because they kill me on the ups...So..27.5 forks just to keep future options open?
I did see these, but they are "too much fork" if you get my drift. Thanks for looking though!Could these be a goer?

I know Ideate uses / has used the dh version on one of his bikes....
Highly unlikley you will get any XC type fork (ie Fox 32 120mm or similar) with a 20mm axel. That is correct Moorey. But thinking about it last night has kind of swayed me to not worry about it. The Manitou's are actually my fall back fork. The bike will primarily be a fun trail bike, not a serious XC race machine. I really enjoy hard tails more than full suspension bikes, probably a throw back to me growing up on BMX bikes and riding them into my 20s.
I was told Fox forks tended to have clearance for 27.5 wheels, is that correct? Just a question more than anything else. That would open me to Fox 32 120-150mm forks...
Damn, the Fox 34 is 15mm as well :heh:Highly unlikley you will get any XC type fork (ie Fox 32 120mm or similar) with a 20mm axel.
Jut sayin.......:juggle:
Re-shim the ABS+ damper from a Jump Stack to a Trail Stack and put a lighter coil spring in the ACT Air Spring (depending on your weight). The Manitou's are actually my fall back fork.
