Great day! I managed to fight off a cold that was lurking at the back of wherever colds lurk until about 3.30, so I got a few good runs in, and improved my skills and speed quite a bit.

Highlight of the day for me was Jack nearly ending up in the creek, and not having to drive Scott to the hospital aftewards.
