Yeah mine drilled into my temples. As much as I loved the look of it I couldn't put up with how uncomfortable it was for me. I have an Arai shaped head.Just be aware these fit an intermediate to long oval shaped head from my experience temples at front had just a bit of pressure but over an hour of wearing and it became noticeable.
