Did a bit of playing today.
-Can take a tapered fork with 44mm external bottom cup...and I just happened to have a gold Hope one on the shelf.
-150mm RLC Ti revelation with 20mm axle.
-Ditched Hayes Stokers for SLX M685’s.
-Ditched double rings and bashie for NW ring and Blackspire guide.
- Decent pedals.
-3” ks dropper. (She’s only 9yo)
More changes planned. Lighter wheels mainly. Probably go 1x10, swap cranks maybe.
Shaved s as almost 2kg off it already. Was 16.6kg before.
@safreek, want first dibs on some uturn 302 domains with straight steerer?

Big wins today.
@fatboyonabike is swapping us his mattocs for the domains. Big win.
That meant finding a 15mm front wheel, or me chucking a spare set on (really didn’t want to lose a set of 26” Hope hoops ).
Looking at 20mm front hub, it’s completely unbranded, but you can remove the 20mm adapters. Rummaged in my spares, thinking sun and novatec make a lot of generic hubs.
One set of nova. Nope.
15’s off sun charger. Nope.
15’s off sun black flag, nope.
Figure I’ll take to LBS tomorrow as see if they can identify hub.
Just for giggles, I try hope 15’s off my bike. Holy fuck, they are perfect. It’s either a perfect Hope rip off or some unbranded hope (I’d say the former). I think Formula was originally spec’c, but back then, they were also very generic.
So. I’ll order them a set of adapters and they can pay post on the fork swap.
All in all, $50 or so and get the Parker to be up and running with all its mods to suit a 30kg girl.
