My last post on the matter, you guys do what you want with it, and therefore the DH scene in Oz.
My first post was just pointing out that ridding tracks when they're wet damages them. I had no idea how wet it was or who you were(doesn't matter). At 1min and 115, you can clearly see you guys skidding down the track, wet or dry this is bad practice for tracks, but you have to do what you have to do. Perhaps ride easier tracks until you have more skill. If you can't see doing a 15 meter + skid down one of the steepest tracks in Oz as very damaging, and you won't take anyones opinion then so be it. I'm not the police, I'd just like to see more respect for peoples work.
Secondly was me addressing the location in the title. It encourages curiosity, and straight away somebody did mention it's location, and I asked them to remove it and they did. I see no need for posting any level of detail on a tracks location, and I think it's rude posting footage of an illegal track that you've had no input into(sorry but moving fallen trees so you can ride it doesn't count IMO). and I did notice damage to the bottom jump, and other parts at the bottom, but I only went to the double jumps and step down.
It's not my property, and not even my track. The points made were not specifically about this track, but as what I feel a respectful attitude to riding other peoples hard work.
As stated, the first track is lucky to exist, but is not legal, and CORC etc seem powerless to make it an official track, very heavily due to a youtube video of it.
I simply asked a simple question at the start. and made an observed comment that I still agree with. But good work clearing trees so you could ride it. Shame the trail faeries hadn't been there before you.
