First tip - the internet is not a place for this kind of advice. Go see a doctor, get a stress test, ecg, whatever.

Hey Tate, if you are genuinely concerned ( and fainting during exercise is pretty odd) ask your GP for a referral to a cardiologist, preferably one that specializes in sports/athletes. If you live in Victoria I can give you a recommendation.

What does "have been tested" mean? No one will be able to give you any meaningful help over the internet. "Skipping heart beats" can mean a whole lot of different things, some benign, some pretty nasty.

If you have seen a cardiologist and they have said "Tate, you're good to go with your XC racing" then go for it. If not, and you have concerns, seek professional help as I outlined.

Dude, WTF????

So presumably you first notice you have a problem
The go to a Dr , get tests done, get told you are OK to keep exercising
You then read something on the internet that vaguely fits your symptoms
Then ask for advice on a MTB forum
You get the best advice you could possibly get - go see your Dr.
Then say I've already been cleared by my Dr.
