Sorry, I'm a kiwi
My wife bought me a pair of compression socks and I've got to say I really like them. I find them great for long rides and especially recovery afterwards. But I do find my small toes get sore as if they are being crushed in a bit after a while. So I'm thinking of trying a calf sleeve. Anyone using them over socks? Also does anyone have a good recommendation for sleeves? 2XU seem to be everywhere but was wondering on people's experiences. I'm also curious if anyone uses a full leg sleeve for riding as my main issue is thigh cramps over calf cramps and was wondering if they may help or if they are really only for recovery?
