Cost to replace crank bearings

the 600 bucks covered the cost of fitting and buying a whole new crankset, including bottom bracket, bearings, chainrings and arms as well as the cost of labour. Is this enough info? I mean, they want twice as much as the bikes worth! And dont get to cranky, im still learning here.

Its true, $600 and all he is getting is a new crank. its not like you look at the bike and say, "huh, that bike is HARDCORE i think ill put on a $600 crank".

The bike is terible though, forks are rubbish, brakes are rubbish, rims are rubbish, brake levers are rubbish. infact the ONLY decent part is the frame
