HI all just wondering whats the best way to shuttle run this track as i havent been there since 98.....and condition of the track ...... cheers
ps after watching u tube recently it seems that the rock garden mid way down isnt part of track anymore or is it still used there

Use the fire road past the trail head up to the Tower.Then walk out to the fire road once you've finished your run. The track has gone under some major reconstruction over the last year so you won't recognize any of it. It is still being worked on with the top just done last weekend. There is a club race on Sunday you should get along to $45 -$50 should get you shuttles all day and race entry and a day lisence.
