Domed Scaffolding/Lighting Rig

Kind of an odd question and a bit of a long shot, but does anyone know where one could acquire scaffolding like the one in this video? I've never seen a dome like that before and fuck, it would be so good for a dancefloor!

it looks very expensive. to have made/buy. what do you need it for? party hire place?

My friends and I throw parties and help out with small - medium festivals, something like this would be awesome to hang decor, lights or sprinklers over a dancefloor.
