Back on the bike

I take it this means your surgery was a success and the healing has gone well mate? Happy days!

Surgery was a sensational success!! 4 screws, a plate and a cage in spine. 6 weeks post op and i was back to running. 10weeks post op I was at Buller on the DH bike but shitting myself.
All over the mental part now and body remains in good condition.
Hopefully hit up Barjarg over Easter if there are shuttles running.
