Item: Garbaruk cassette - 12 speed 10-52 microspline
Location: Melbs but can post for $
Item Condition: basically new. Done a couple 100km at most
Reason for selling: was on a spare wheel I’m not using
Price and price conditions: $280 ONO
Extra Info: This is basically new as it’s been sitting on a 27.5 wheel that I use when I run mullet. I’ve decided to stick with full 29 for now and will stick with the Shimano cassette on my 29 wheel. I can’t find this for less than $370 new so am thinking $280 is a fair price for a very lightweight part. Happy for offers though.

How is the gear shifting compared to the shimano cassette?

To be honest, I find Shimano 12 speed to be a finicky no matter the cassette. I have a Shimano SLX, this garbaruk and a cheap ztto cassette across wheels. I don’t think any of them are as crisp and clean shifting as my previous set up which was 11 speed SRAM GX.

This main difference in the cassettes is weight and this one is significantly lighter than the others (and looks bling as well). If you’re in Melbourne, your welcome to give it a go before paying if you like.

How is the gear shifting compared to the shimano cassette?

I reckon they are decent, I went from GX (GX Cass), to XT (XT Cass), to XT/Garbaruk and I don't know if I could pick the difference riding on a trail. SRAM Transmission has seen a noticeable improvement.
