There is a general meeting Wednesday the 11th of April. Some of the items for discussion include:
1. Defining the roles of the executive and sub executive and establishing guidelines around who does what.
2. Looking at constitution and modifying if necessary to accomodate new roles.
3. Update on Grant application for Toilet block/ trail development
4. Progress of Demo day with I-ride and proposed DX.
5. Downhill race update.
6. XC points for consideration including Social rides in winter (6.30am), Away rides and Endurance races to be held.
I am sure I have overlooked a few items so can people post up the items they would like to discuss.
