How do people become farkin administrators

The only way to become an admin, is to kill an existing admin and eat his liver.

Is it ok to fry it up with onions and gravy..... I hate raw liver.... If I do, do I have to become a mod... I just like Liver and onions......and I need to do what the voices tell me....... and authority just sucks.
