sorry guys, i just had my camera with me when riding and i couldnt help myself!
This is my last post on the topic I SWEAR. Once i start debating something, i can never stop!:D

If anyone cares, its just me doing a manual without using brakes, and then bailing at a reasonable speed.
showing that there is no reason to use brake for learning manuals (unless of course your about to die, then do whatever the hell you can to save it)
Well this is me manualling down my street using the brakes occasionally. I think it still counts as a manual. I had also been going for about 30 metres before the guy actually started rolling film, but meh.

You can probably hear the mega wind, unfortunately the manual was cut short due to the wind kicking in

nice work mate

i can only dream of manualling that far
I've only been practicing since like, February. It just takes practise, don't give up. There is no way in hell its going to happen over night. Practise for 10 minutes solid each night, every night of the week. Keep it up for 2-3 weeks? You will be able to manual 5 times as far as you used to be able to. Keep it up for another 2 months? Well...lets just say every 9.5 out of 10 kids will be watching in awe.

i find endos really hard, can anyone help??,
also i can mono alright but when it comes to manuels i can only pull up then it drops i know i have to lean back but i just cant maybe because my bike is to big for me!
Practise Practise Practise....same goes for street bikes..

I love practising on bikes because they are not as expensive as a sports bike...
Just go for it, and you can even do it on grass  and then when you are really hardcore you can do the road, or your driveway....

and yes, rolling endo's most certainly exist

Got the wheelie bit down pat, it's keeping up that's proving to be the problem!
Viagra ;)

Failing that stronger strokes.............with your legs you sicko:p

Get ya arse under you and find that balance point, dont be afraid to loop out, it only hurts the first few times, then you learn to get ya feet under you.

Good luck

tips

gee those tips werent bad. Althogh i hav a problem when it comes to the actual bringing up of the bike. My bike does not really go up and more just lifts up and slams straight back down again. This may be because of the geometry of the bike (or just my lack of muscles:) )

Put the bike in a low gear. Pedal whilst pulling up.

Note to self: Must schedule 10 minutes of quality wheelie/manual time per night!

Note to self: Must not get intimidated by 10 year old boys on bmx's at the shop because they can do it faaaar better than me!
