"We flew over Hurricane Milton about 90 minutes ago. Here is the view out the Dragon Endeavour window. Expect lots of images from this window as this is where I’m sleeping while we wait to undock and return to Earth"

Those poor people living in & around the path of that oncoming thing. It would be terrifying to think it's coming to take you & everything you can see.
That photo though, Wow!
 
Just read its spawned at least 15 tornados ahead of it. Can’t imagine being stuck in a tornado, let alone copping one as a entree to a hurricane.

There's some genuine cookers that really do think that the guvimint can actually steer these hurricanes.

Why else would they always hit the southern states where the majority of the Trump supporters are?
 
There is...was listening to a bunch of it yesterday. Apparently there is a bunch of evidence that there was cloud seeding going on in the lead up to the hurricane smashed north Carolina. I just had a bit of a search and couldn't find anything easily about it, but!!! I did find this thing called operation stormfury.

Yep, that is so common when you look at anything science related on social media. There's probably a lot that are just trolling but I'm pretty sure that most are serious.
There's this "I'm too dumb to understand it so it must be a conspiracy" type of thinking that seems to be getting a lot worse.
 
Category 3 could be a lot worse.
Northern Australia must be due for a cat 4 or 5 hitting a populated area on the coast In the near future seems to have been while.

We seem to have had large flood damage in Qld from Low pressure systems off cyclones in recent years.

Yep, there seems to be a growth in conspiracy nutters out there. When Hawaii had those terrible fires all the nut jobs reckon it was some sort of death ray, as it melted the glass and aluminium in burn out cars (obviously never seen a burn out car before) and because Oprah's house was blue, that was a sign that all the people in the Hollywood/podophile/satan worshipers/celebrities had blue on their properties to mark their houses so the death ray wouldn't hit them.
