Is there a lower stack stem than 31mm?

Some of the stems are chamfered at the edges and they measure from there. I had that with a Ragley. It's annoying!

That’s what they have done. How stupid oh me to think they would actually list the right specs

I’m game enough to try this. They do have an interesting clamp to steerer system.

Just be aware. I had to get a Ragley Stubbing stem but it had to be 60mm. Any shorter and the stem hits the collar bolt.

This is the issue I’m having now. The stem physical fits but I need to move it up 4 mm. Not enough room for any of my other stems. All other bikes I’ve run the macride on have had enough room to space the stem.

Oh Lordy that hurts my eyes, it would work though and I have no street cred anyway

I’ve run one when desperate. On an XC/trail bike single bolt steerer clamp was unnerving but worked. I have something low on daughter bike, but don’t know the brand. @dh1 sent it to me with short steerer fork...he may remember.

5mm spacer and all is fine, couldn’t find 2x2mm in the stash and 3 won’t cut it. The stem only fell off 3 times so I’d say successful
