i use phantom cycles all the time, theyve been pretty good to me. Next day delivery and they normally have anything i need in stock. The shops round here arent that good and never have anything i need, so i just go for phantom.
Personally, I would never buy anything from VicMTB (especially online - their webpage gets updated roughly annually). If you want to know why, PM me and I'll give you the details... I don't want to be accused of slandering them in public (despite the fact that they deserve it).
just got some stuff from an american online store (no names, unless you want names) build kit was missing brake cables and front axle......so much for a WHOLE build kit.
