Certainly a rapidly developing region with lots of new housing. Heaps of families with dogs around I reckon so you should be sweet in your line of work.

There’s a few quieter (but sometimes strange) pockets like Jacobs Well but otherwise it’s mostly <15yo estates through that area. Pick your block / street well as I’m sure there’s a density of bogans around some areas.

One place I would avoid at all costs is Pacific pines, certain parts of Pimpama aren't that bad. Nerang is where the main MTB trails are for the area.
