Unbelievable luck.

My car was locked in the trainers yard while working a function at the local racetrack tonight after doing a lap of the track (rally driving for my mirage) I was almost consigned to sleeping in it till 3am when the trainers came in. A man came and unlocked the gate because he was staying there overnight and kindly let me out as I was freaking out.

Also, random acts of kindness and very kind strangers :)

LTIL being back to good health, haven't had a drop of alcohol in about 3 weeks so time to get my drink onnnnnn! (That could be me in a few hours)
 
Going to the gig of the band my best mate and I have been following for 10years now, lucking out on getting to stand in front of the barriers, high five two of the best members and get like 5 guitar packs :) all because we waited downstairs drinking beers while the under 18s lined up for two hours to get in.... my night is so perfect! :fox:
 
LTIL, In spite of yesterday being a public holiday I was feeling pretty down and crappy due to ex-wife issues....

Logged into RB, and after half an hour of reading all the little things people love I was back smiling again and thinking of all the little things that I love, Thanks Rotorburners!!!

One little note of warning for our younger forum members, who may want to find out a bit more about said talking cat. Do NOT under any circumstances just pop over to google and type in "Old Long Johnson" and hit search (as I just did), it may yield some unexpected (yet strangely titillating) results.
