LTIL... diced a spud, a light spray of olive oil and put it in the middle daughters new air fryer. Then medium rare a scotch fillet on the stove. Served with a teaspoon of hot pepper condiment... mix em up. Yum.

I rate the air fryer. Heaped scorn on it when the wife had it materialise in the kitchen but have found it to be good. Great for re-heating frozen home made pies. Nuke the pie in the microwave and then chuck it in the air fryer to crisp up the pastry. Comes out almost as good as fresh from the oven.
 
This was entertaining. Certainly accounts for the accent my brother picked up after a stint at Telfar that he never really lost.
