Thought I would start a new thread to keep you posted on Lysterfield MTB park trail building dates.

New Year 3 day Trail Building.

LDTR will be carrying out a 3 day trail build in the new year prior to our advertised 15th of Jan build.

Dates of build will be 6th, 7th & 8th of Jan. We will have a mini bobcat on site to help with the build. Main aim will be to finish off the Dam wall track and if time permits we will continue into the park.

Check closer to date for details as we will keep you posted on times and meeting locations.

Right ladies and gents the dam wall track is now open for your enjoyment! Have fun and ride safe:). Be aware the surface is still a tad soft as there is only so much you can do with dry soil but hopefully with a bit of rain this will compact and firm up.

Trail Condition

We ask all users to only use the fire roads this weekend due to the wet conditions.

It is only by staying off sodden and boggy trails that we will be able to keep them open and in a ridable condition

So is there a trail building etc on still tomorrow or did the earlier dates take over from the 15th?

Hi all,

Sorry for the late update on the trail build this weekend. We will be meeting at 10am at Trailmix this Saturday.

Maintenance on Upper Buckle will be on tomorrow.

Plans are with PV to be approved and if all goes well we might have them built in the next month or so. Stage 1 of skills area will be built professionally and the club to maintain and expand in the future.

Not yet but just went for a ride and the skills area is looking awesome. Cant wait to have a ride on it :p
