depends which one you mean. check out reviews on the net etc.
theyre all pretty good.
Personally i have the 380s and like them more than boxxers. havent ridden fox.
From what ive read on reviews the newest 40s are probably the best dh fork available. Ad 380 is probably better than boxxers. but boxxers are cheaper usually.

I however am very normal. Trust me.
Pretty happy with my 380's overall a much better finished product over boxxers.
The biggest issue is lack of servicing and tuning information and currently lack of warranties, in that regard RS is most excellent.

Oh mate it's nowhere near that simple. I had 380's and loved them. That said, getting spares could be tough. Getting info on setup was nigh on impossible and was very much a trial and error process.
When well set up, the best offerings from Rock Shox, Fox, BOS will all perform beautifully.
