Cache is where your browser stores information to make opening web sites quicker.
Google will tell you.
Probably need to delete your cookies too.
Again google it.
Cookies are bits of information holding passwords etc so when you go back to the site you don't need to re-enter your pass.

This would be correct. The domain name "parking" company will want him to re-register the name. got an ip for the forum? if the ip works, he hasn't paid the bill. lol
