I'd been trying to track down a '05 P3 frame for quite a while, finally got one late last year and got to work building her up with my, close to, dream spec. After a whole lot of problems went for my first ride yesterday and went snap happy today. :D

Spec:
2005 Specialized P3
Stock Sherman Firefly's
Funn stem
Deity bars
DT Swiss EX1750 wheels
Shimano Saint cranks and brakes
Crankbrothers 5050 pedals
MRP chainguide/E13 chainring (they get along surprisingly well)
Shimano XT derailler, shifter

Thats the main stuff i think, piccy time...

:D

Its the first hardtail ive had in probably over a couple years now so im still getting used to it really, bit heavier than i expected at just under 14kgs but im not really sure where that is on the scale of things.

The grips are Steve Peat edition Lizardskin lockon's and it cost way to much :p

BTW where did you get the Shermans?
They came with the frame when i bought it.

Don't see many ppl around with the EX1850, pricey but look awesome, and are obviously really light.

Nice build mate :)
