Wouldn't have been able to pin him for no helmet as they have to issue warnings before issuing a fine, which means you usually have to get busted by the same cop 2 or 3 times in a week. Stupidly happened to myself, and it's not just a small slap on the wrist fine either.

Yep I got done riding 50m down the footpath with my daughters on their way to school. I was riding to work straight from school and the girls started riding before I was ready so I set off with the helmet on the bars.

Motorcycle cop pulled in front of us on the footpath at the school gates, was pretty awesome :doh:
