It came up on the satirical Facebook page "Drivers for the registration of cyclists" it was revealed that profile used to be a man, and that the audio didn't line up properly. I am inclined to believe them, over what is apparently some raving loon with an irrational dislike of people on bikes.
But like I said, I am yet to watch it,and may never watch it

Police are now considering taking action against the up-loader.
