Post your wicked BANSHEE thread....

With the amount of Banshees on this site now, I reckon a thread with PYR Banshees only to consolidate the porn in one spot.

I'll post decent photos later.

Specs, weights and settings would be nice to compare. ie Fork and shock settings, wheels sizes and HA angle settings.

For all the Banshee haters.... Eat a bag.

Didn't even recognise my old Spitfire there Jonny. I think the only thing you left the same was the shock. Gotta say she's looking rather sexy now.

Cheers Dan, I'm stoked with it. Frame, shock and headset are the only reminisce of your build.

out of curiosity & boredom I went back 10 pages to see how many Banshees there are... 20 in total. Impressive - I know a few of these PYR threads inspired me to get one.

does the banshee distro give discounts for PYR threads as a form of covert "social media advertising" or something?

i'm glad i bought a giant.. something a little less... how do you say... common?

haha, good call.

Still don't see heaps of banshees on the trails, to be fair a banshee build is not a whole lot more than the equivalent giant - but with a CCDBA and custom build.

Will have to get my Banshee fleet photographed and posted too... maybe this weekend.
I have a 2015 Banshee Spitfire (Black) and a 2015 Banshee Phantom (Mint Green). Just waiting on a Cane Creek DB Inline to finish off the Phantom build.

For me personally... part of the attraction of the Banshee brand is the relationship / respect / experience you get from the dealer... in this case, Defcon Cycles.
It's pretty hard to buy a bad bike today... so what else does your local bike shop bring to the party to differentiate it from all the others. Under these circumstances, Banshee wins.

I'll extend that right to the top, Keith the designer behind these rigs, is an absolute pleasure to talk to, and an ace bloke to boot.

Banshee is one of the only brands I can think of that actually makes a constant, concerted effort to go beyond their customers satisfaction and make fan boys out of every one who has ridden their bikes.

I totally agree with you.
I nearly purchased a sb66/knolly, but after emailing Defcon.
I was sold by the excellent customer service :)
