Quick photoshop/colour change request

Hey folks. Just brainstorming a bike build and I'm wondering if anybody out there with a simple editing program would be able to do me a massive favour and do the following juggernaut-pokers to the below image:

Change the Enve logos so that they are 1x red, 1 x white, 1 x blue on each wheel (that's 3 different colour logos on each wheel, not 3 seperate images with different colours)

Change the frame colour to white (not as important - alternatively if you can find an existing image of a white framed roadie with Enve rims that would be fine. I'm stuck with my phone this evening so limited capabilities)

Anyone who can do this will be a legend and they can get to choose 1 free banning!

If you have a windows machine a free program similar to Photoshop can be used to edit photos, the program is called GIMP.

As mentioned back in the original post I have nowt but a mobile phone with me this evening. If I were at home or had my laptop I wouldn't have to be putting myself in debt to you scruffs.
