Check how they fit on your head, I got some Corsair ones for the WFH meetings and they get a bit tight on the head after a few hours (I have the non POC helmet conforming head shape though). My partner seems to like them for hours on end, but they are a bit to tight for me after a while and the ear cups are quite 'sweaty/hot feeling'.
I also dont game but they do well for code review meetings with many people speaking, just how hot they feel on my head means I don't put them on for excessive hours.

That's good advice, I found the Sennheiser gaming headsets felt uncomfortable after a while, while their wireless audio ones were more comfy.

I was thinking that since they finally fixed all the worst glitches, I might try getting it for PS4 and hoping it runs ok.

all the sim racing suppliers seem to be coping flak for being unprepared for black friday sales. Fanatec had a bug that doubled a discount on some sames, but sent a letter saying we're cancelling all those sales as they were clearly done in bad faith. I mean who expects big discounts during the years biggest sales. also having massive backlogs on deliveries

Chased my rig order and was told the screen mount and castor wheels were on backorder so they were holding everything until late december. when i said can I get the rest now, Im get a delivery notice for everything except a handbrake mount (ie including the things they said last week were out of stock). It's really not hard to get a system to read orders vs stock vs PO's coming in and let people know eta's and delays. even if your system as as basic as an access database, order vs SOH vs eta, do a mail merge. i guess a lot of places are run by enthusiasts without a scrap of how do i run a business thought.

Finally finished Bruz Eternal

Was great fun, maybe got a little long for me but was so much more fun the previous Bruz which I dialled down to the easiest setting just to hurry up and finish it.

My advice for those contemplating it - Git Gud, and don't ignore the meat hook
