Eh, he's not my thing. Sure hip hop is fun, MC's often take the piss out of things but I really don't dig this dude. Lyrical legend if he were a prepubescent kid rapping to his mates, maybe. His subjects are bullshit dumb. Ode to Queensland...how fantastic.

I hope everyone did their homework, 'cause this is a damn fine album. I think i only listened to about 2 songs when it was Triple J's feature album a while back before i knew i had to buy it. Sooooo goood :)

On a more recent note, i just brought Illy - 'The Chase' (which IMO is amazing) and Urthboy - 'Spitshine' which i had been meaning to buy since it first came out but had never got around to it.

Also a bit of Phrase always goes down well :)

PS. i hate to say it, but i found some old Hiltop Hoods on the computer the other day ('Left foot, Right Foot') which is surprsing good..

Edit: Okay so i'm kinda tired and forgot a heap of stuff..
For example, Horrorshow, The Herd (also love their funk non-hip hop kinda stuff), Butterfingers, Thundamentals, TZU, Spit Syndicate, Muph & Plutonic, Pez, from what i've heard of Koolism, The Last Kinection, they seem alright... I hate to sound mainstream and bland but i guess you get the picture..
