Oury lockons are indeed sweet.

Nope these are not the lockons just the regular, they are a tight fit on the bar and are very smooth inside so lots of grip. Like I said earlier a couple of small cable ties can sort it out and the feel of not having the plastic centre is worth it.

These are the best grips I've ever owned, made for GT, but I think they're some type of ODI's. The material is a synthetic Kraton rubber and notice that it is thick and bigger than the diameter of the lock on clamps, they absorb a lot of trail chatter.
