It was bound to happen. Excel's are known for their ability to crack/snap.
See if it is possible to warranty them for some powerbites, Primo have a pretty good waranty department.

No, still stuck in, i got the rubber mallet on to it and it still wont move, i gave up after 10 minutes.

Cant go riding next week, working 9 til 6 tuesday, wednesday and thursday.
