I was watching this last night and started yelling at the TV when his helpers started pushing him at the start of each lap :(
 
There's no talking and it has that really annoying background music so turn your volume down but this Slovakian guy has some awesome machining skills as he adds a piston compensator to the damper in a Suntour fork


Have a look at some of his other videos where he repairs a couple of dirtbike engine heads,

Been watching him for a while as man could he ride that Druid - his runs down Fort William were just nutty....

Not sure what the fuck you could usefully learn from that...
Geez, sorry If you have any interest in composite fabrication it would be slightly interesting even if a few years out of date.
