Or his attorney may have paid it may have paid it for him from Cohen's own money. Cohen may have paid it using money from anonymous parties, like other governments or business leaders. Cohen may or may not have acted under instruction from Trump...it is all unknown for certain, thus the curiosity and potential big issue.

Johnny I was referring to developed countries thought of fat , content reasonably ,wealthy and some respect for rationality and the law.
Virtually every poor , strongly religious country , badly colonized country has had a civil war.

If the insurgents are from the country they attack, Thailand, Malaysia, Venezuel and Pakistan, for example, is that a civil war?

It doesn’t have to have been campaign funds anyway. Paying her to keep quiet on the eve of his debate with Hillary, with the express purpose of effecting the outcome (or preventing another outcome), is itself an offence. Giuliani has already publicly admitted that it would have been disastrous if the affair had come out at that particular time.

And no, it’s not just my assumption. ‘Not yet proven guilty’ isn’t the same as innocent.

I think the issue is that he has walked away from a plan that had a lot of support from other countries. He has done so in a negative way (evil Iran vs good America, Obama was Satan, and so on) rather than engaging Iran in a mutually beneficial process. We have seen how successful the "my stick is bigger than your stick" approach doesn't work in the past and the few times collaborative efforts have been made the results have been slightly less disastrous. Specific to Iran progress was made during Clinton's second term when he had a bit of a turn around in his approach.

Are you implying the Iranian nuclear proliferation, weapons development, warmongering in Syria and Yemen, undermining of the UN's P5+1 deal, etc. should go unchecked?
Are you really at a point of hating Trump so much that you're going to support Iran's Nuclear Program to prove the point?

I hate what Trump is doing, it’s nothing personal. I hate that he is installing people like Bolton who are hell bent on starting a war with Iran. Trump himself has no idea. He’s appointing who he’s told to appoint, and doing what they tell him to.
And no, I don’t support Iran’s nuclear program. That’s my point. While the US was part of the deal, Iran were largely doing the right thing. Now they have no incentive to, as I understand it. Happy to be shown otherwise, but not if it’s just your opinion.
